- Kontierung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Gemeinschaftliche Abwicklung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Kreditoren-, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Zuordnung von Bankbuchungen und Zahlungsverkehr
- Erstellung und fristgerechte Übermittlung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA)
- Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater, Banken, Behörden und interne Fachbereiche
- Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege von offenen Posten Listen
- Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
- Pflege von Stammdaten und Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei Jahres- und Monatsabschlüssen und der Anlagebuchführung

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Mittelstand
- Kenntnisse im (Umsatz)-Steuerrecht und in der Buchführung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Interesse an der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und digitalen Workflows
- Strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Dinge im Team aktiv mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
